In this video I'm sharing a beautiful vellum technique using the 3D Sunflower Embossing Folder by Stampin' Up! Watch how the embossed design comes to life with soft color and a stained glass effect. This simple but stunning technique adds elegance and texture to your handmade cards.

Base- White-8-1/2" x 5-1/2"

White- 5-1/4' x 4"

White Embossed- 5" x 3-3/4"

Vellum- 5" x 3-3/4"

1. Emboss vellum and 5" x 3-3/4" white in the same spot on your embossing folder. (

Don't emboss at the same time though, because it will be to thick in your machine, and crack your vellum)

2. Flip the vellum over to the de-bossed side, and pick a few images, and color with your blends. Gently fussy cut them out, and glue over the same image on the white 5-1/4" x 4".

3. Wrap ribbon around above layer, and glue to card base.

4. Add sentiment

In Today's Motivation Monday, I'm showing you a fun and bold technique using the 3-D Sunflower Embossing Folder from Stampin' Up!

I colored the DE-bossed side for the color, then swiped a Early Espresso Ink pad across the background to make the colors POP, and WOW, what a transformation!

You'll love how easy this is to do, and the results are eye-catching and perfect for any occasion.

Base-8-1/2" x 5-1/2"

Pumpkin Pie- 4-1/4" x 5"

Very Vanilla- 5 X 3-3/4"

1. Emboss Very Vanilla with 3D Sunflower Embossing Folder.

2. Flip over to the DE-BOSSED side, and color as desired.

3. Flip back over to the embossed side, and run Early Espresso Ink pad over front, to color the background.

Your flowers will POP!!

I like to add Wink of Stella over flowers, for a little extra sparkle.

4. Wrap gold weave thread around top 2 layers, and glue to card.

I find that Liquid glue works best with this embossing folder.

5. Add sentiment and gems if desired.

Happy Monday Motivation Monday, friends!

Today I'm excited to share three fun and thoughtful projects I created using the On the Go Designer Paper from Stampin' Up!

Perfect for celebrating life's little (and big) milestones.

Project 1: New Driver Card

I kicked things off with a fun and encouraging card for a brand new driver. The travel themed patterns in On the Go were just right to capture the feeling of freedom and adventure that comes with getting your license!

Project 2: New Homeowner Gift Card Holder

Next, I made a cozy and stylish gift card holder, ideal for congratulating someone on their new home. I used a few alternative stamp sets to bring in some warmth and versatility, while keeping the colors and patterns cohesive.

See the tutorial here: https://youtu.be/BMuVzZW5Dz4

Project 3: Gift Box

To complete the set, I created a generously sized box that ties everything together. Whether you fill it with treats or a practical gift, it's a great way to make your handmade creations feel extra special.

This project trio is a great reminder that designer paper can take you anywhere.

Whether you're hitting the road, opening a new door, or wrapping up your creations with love.

Thanks for crafting with me! Let me know which project you'd love to make or gift.
