Today's post is featuring a cute Gift Card holder, that is using the new Filled With Cheer Stamp Set. It has coordinating dies, that are also used for Filled With Fun Stamp Set.
I fussy Cut out the snowman, and added a little snowfall Accents Puff Paint to him. (You know...the kind you use your heat gun for)
If you have Stickles, I used that on his buttons, and the lights on the tree to jazz it up. You can always use your Shimmer Brushes also.
