Stampin' Up! Gone Fishing Birthday

You will be surprised what a little inking of the edges of your cards will do. It adds more dimension to your card, and saves you from having to add another layer of cardstock to your card for extra color. You can also distress your edges before inking, for a more rustic look.

1. Cut a piece of Very Vanilla 8-1/2" x 5-1/2", and score at 4-1/4".

2. Cut a piece of Very Vanilla 5-1/4" x 4".

3. Cut 3 coordinating pieces of DSP

A) 5-1/4" x 1"

B) 5" x 1-1/4"

C) 3" x 4"

Ink all edges with Blue ink, and Brush, and glue to 5-1/4" X 4" piece of Very Vanillla. Ink Vanilla piece also around the edges.

Wrap Twine around layer, and tie a knot.

4. Use Dimentionals to pop on card base.

5. Die cut a stitched circle, and stamp sentiment on it. Glue to card.

6. Stamp and Die-cut, and color fish, and use Dimentionals to pop on card.

7. Add Gems to card front.
