1. Take a 10-3/4" x 2-1/2" piece of cardstock, and score landscape at 4-1/2", 7", 7-3/4", 10-1/4"
2. Punch a circle in the 2-1/4" square. Put Tear Tape on the 1" end, and fold towards the base of holder.
