Stampin' Up! Shepherds Care/Peaceful Garden

For this project, I created a Sympathy card using Peaceful Garden paper, in deep navy tones with touches of stars and glimmer.

The combination of blues creates a calm, peaceful feeling, making it just right for offering comfort and support to someone in need.

1. 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" Secret Sea. Score at 4-1/4"

2. DSP- 5-1/4" x 4"

3. Strip of DSP- 1-7/8" X 4-5/8"

4. White- 3-7/8" x 2-5/8" Stamp Shepherd in Secret Sea. Add to card with Dimentionals.

5. Add double bow

6. Add gems.

Stampin' Up! Shepherds Care/Lights of Aurora

This card features the stunning Lights of Aurora Designer Paper by Stampin' Up!

The soft, glowing colors remind me of light breaking through darkness. A beautiful reminder of faith and guidance. I paired it with Gallery Blooms Dies, to give it a special frame to really stand out.

1. White- 8-1/2" x 5-1/2"

Score at 4-1/4"

2. Strip of DSP- 1-3/4" X 5-1/4" Ink edges

3. Stamp Shepherd on white, in Blackberry Bliss, and glue to card front.

4. Die cut rectangle from Dies. Ink edges,and add dimentionals.

5. Berry Burst- 2-3/4" x 1/2"

6. Stamp sentiment

7. Add gems

Shepherd's Care Embossed Elegance

For my first card, I focused on texture and simplicity. I used an embossing technique that really makes the delicate shepherd image shine. The raised details bring out the warmth and comfort in this set, making it a perfect card to send for Christmas, or just as a reminder to us all. We all need peace!

1. White-8-1/2" x 5-1/2"

Score at 4-1/4"

2. Crumb Cake-4-1/4" x 5-1/2"

3. Misty Moonlight- 4-1/4" x 5-1/2"

4. Stamp on #2, #3 with Versa and stamp of choice. I used Star on Blue and town on Crumb Cake. Heat emboss with clear embossing powder.

5. Ink blend color on both pieces, using same color as cardstock. Wipe off resist.

6. Split #2, #3 diagonally the same way. Glue to white card front.

7. Stamp dots on a 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" piece of Balmy Blue. Glue to card center.

8. Stamp Shepherd in Early Espresso, and fussy cut out.

9. Wrap twine, and glue to card front. Add dimentionals to shepherd, and glue over twine.

10. Stamp sentiment on 1/2" x 2-1/2" white scrap in Misty Moonlight
