Motivation Monday Jan. 12th

Today's projects are all about creating with intention, using projects that can brighten someone's day in simple but meaningful ways.

I spent some time in my craft room playing with the Stampin' Up! Happy Haven Designer paper, and it truly set the tone for the projects made.

Soft colors, and calming patterns make it perfect for cards and gifts that feel thoughtful and heartfelt.

Fot today's cards I created two cards, one is a fun-fold, that adds interest without being complicated. One is a birthday card...everyone needs Birthday cards! The Designer paper does most of the work, proving that you don't need a lot of extras to create something truly special. I also made a gift box designed to hold a "Dove" lotion. It's meant to pamper someone. This is the kind of handmade gift that feels like a hug, and it's perfect for encouragement, thank-yous or just because.
