This was a different fold card to make, that opens by flipping the banner up to reveal the sentiment. I used paper snips to hand cut the dog out. I used the dog builder punch to cut out the cute hearts.
Base- 5-1/2" x 4-1/4"

Banner- 2" x 5"
Score at 1/4" to tuck under layers
Use stitched rectangles to decorate inside and outside.
