Today I worked with the Gears & Texture Bundle by Stampin' Up!
I always like making my ephemera first. Want to see how I made the gears? Check out this video: https://youtu.be/zdfp_KtlNsE
I know that sometimes, it is hard to make masculine cards. I love the grunge, and texture that this stamp set has. It is perfect for background stamping! I tore the edges, of the Designer Paper. This is a great Mix-In paper pack, and I used my blending tool to highlight the edges.
I used Gallery Blooms Die to create a focal point with the rectangle.
The gears really give it that masculine look, and any guy would love the sentiment on the front!
Some of the other embossing powders that I used, are named in the video.

1. Basic White- 8-1/2" x 5-1/2"
Score at 4-1/4"
2. Cut a corner piece of DSP, rough up, and ink blend. Add to corner of card. Cut a piece of DSP 5-1/4" x 4" Tear edge, to reveal 1st piece of DSP. Rough up edges, and ink blend sides.
3. Cut out a frame from Gallery Blooms Dies. Add to card front.
4. Cut a 3-1/4" x 1-1/2" piece of Smoky Slate C/S, and add background stamping with Smoky Slate ink. Stamp sentiment in Black. Add to card with Dimentionals.
5. Add embossed gears to card.
6. Add gems
