Stampin' Up! Happy Birthday Card

This card is a great way to use up your scraps.
The 1/4" strips are put on a white piece of cardstock with an Adhesive sheet over it.
This makes it easy for die cutting your balloon,, without or any shape you would like.
The fun confetti adds playfulness without taking away from the focal point.
This is a great card for any celebration you need a card for.

-White- 8-1/2" x 5-1/2". Score at 4-1/4"
White label, White strings, 3-3/4" x 5-1/4" piece-
Pool Party- 2 Balloon dies-
Strips 1/4" of colored cardstock
1. Score the 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" Basic White C/S at 4-1/4" and fold it in half to create a 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" card.
2. Stamp confetti in Daffodil Delight on card front.
3. Add the 3-3/4" x 5-1/4" Adhesive Sheet to the 3-3/4" x 5-1/4" Basic White
4. Add the 1/4" strips of colored cardstock diagonally to adhesive sheet, then die-cut the 4-1/4" tall balloon from this piece.
5. Die-cut 2 Pool Party balloons, and stamp dots on them in Pool Party ink. Glue to card front.
6. Add stripped balloon to card front.
Add white strings to 2 balloons
7. Stamp sentiment on word label in Pretty Peacock, and add to card front with dimentionals.
Add gems
Stamp inside of card
