Stampin' Up! Hello Ladybug (flowers)

I found it to be easier to cut a piece of white 4-3/4" x 3-1/4" as a base for the Patchwork Pieces. Once you glue your pieces down evenly, you can trim off excess, and add patchwork piece to your card.
