Cut a 2" x 8-1/2" piece of Real Red C/S.
Score at 2", 3".
Cut a 2" x 5" piece of Real Red and score at 1/2", 1-1/2", 3-1/2", 4-1/2".
Put tear tape on both ends of 1/2" pieces, and front square. Wrap around large piece, and decorate.
Belt- 3/4"wide. Wrap around, and cut off hang over.
