1. Cut Real Red 4-1/4" x 11", and fold in half.
2. Cut 3 pieces of DSP 5-1/4" x 1-1/4", and glue on card with a small space between the panels.
3. Cut out Pink frame, and glue on card.
4. Cut banner from DSP 1/2" X 3-1/4" and glue in the middle of pink die.
5. Cut out tag in white, and stamp dots in Pool Party, and sentiment in Highland Heather. Pop up on banner.
6. Cut out red heart, and pop on tag. Attach bow and red Rhinestones.
