Score Landscape @ 3" and 4" on both sides
Score on Portrait @ 1/2" and 1-1/2" on both sides.
Cut off all 4 corners up to score lines. From the ends, up to the 3" score lines (both sides)
Also cut off small square from 3"-4" score line, and 1/2" to 1-1/2" score line.
Put adhesive on 4 tabs, and fold to make a box.
The 2 side flaps fold over the box for decorating.
