Monday Motivation with 6"x 6" Stack & Shufle! Today's creative session was all about using the stack-n-shuffle technique with 6" x 6" DSP. (Designer Series Paper).and WOW did it make cardmaking fun, fast and beautifully coordinated!
I love how this technique lets you mix and match patterns effortlessly. Every card turns out unique, but they all have that perfectly unified look.
If you want a quick way to stretch your DSP and spark your creativity, this technique is a game changer.

3 sheets of 6x6 DSP Stack together and cut at the same time.
1st Cut:Cut at 3"You will have 3 pieces of 3"x 6", and 3 pieces of 3" x 6". (keep the stacks seperate.)
2nd Cut:Take 1st stack of 3" x 6" and cut at 3". (landscape)
You now have 6 pieces of 3" x 3".
3rd Cut:Take the 2nd stack and put in cutter landscape. Cut at 2".You will have 3 pieces of 2"x 3", and 3 pieces of 4" x 3".
1. You need 6 white card bases- 8-1/2" x 5-1/2".
Score at 4-1/4".
2. 6 pieces - 5-1/4" x 4" - Emboss 1 of them
3. 2 pieces- 5" x 3-3/4"- Both embossed
4. 6 white labels- Stamp sentiment on all, in Basic Gray.
5. 3 Garden Green Oval Labels. Put 3 white labels on the green, using dimentionals.
6. Fussy cut 4 birds from DSP. Add to card with Dimentionals.
7. I used shimmer trim in red on my cards, but you can use red ribbon, or red shimmer cardstock.
You stack/shuffle the pieces on the card fronts as you desire.
Have fun, and be creative!
